About OBC
Open Box Church is a living, breathing work in progress. The hands-covering-your-face, eyes-spying-’tween-the-fingers, joy-induced-terror of trusting an all knowing God! OBC is the visually soul-stimulating answer to an invitation by Jesus Christ to turn your eyes upwards towards Him, look past the brink of the unknown and take one blind step after another.
This blog is the carriage before the horse so-to-speak, one of several blind faith-filled-lurches towards God’s purpose in my life. God has been dealing with me for the past 3-4 years to start a prayer journal. There has been several good intentioned starts but all failed until last summer (2007) when Jesus orchestrated several events in my life that jump started the process successfully. This portion of the OBC site is the “carriage,” my personal journal in blog form. The “horse” is “coming soon…” in the form of the actual Open Box Church website.
